Full Time Voice Chat Process/Mail Process WFH Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Voice Chat Process/Mail Process WFH to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in voice chat processing and mail processing.



The primary responsibility of this position is to process voice chat transcripts and mail. This includes transcribing voice chats into text, sorting and distributing mail, and responding to customer inquiries.



The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with voice chat processing and mail processing.



Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe voice chats into text
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite


Qualifications:

  • Experience in voice chat processing and mail processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
