  1. Key Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Supervision

 Supervise and coordinate PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) erection activities at the site.

 Ensure proper sequencing of erection work as per approved drawings.

 Monitor daily work progress and ensure target completion.

 Guide technicians, fitters, and erection crew for safe and accurate work.

 Verify the alignment, leveling, bolting, and welding of structures.

B. Drawings & Documentation

 Review and interpret PEB structural & erection drawings.

 Ensure erection is executed strictly as per GA, fabrication, and detail drawings.

 Maintain daily reports, DPRs, manpower records, and progress updates.

C. Safety & Quality Compliance

 Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lifting, bolting, and assembly.

 Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.

 Inspect material quality and report discrepancies immediately.

 Ensure welding, bolting torque, and fit-up are done as per specifications.

D. Coordination & Communication

 Coordinate with contractors, crane operators, and site supervisors.

 Communicate with the Project Manager regarding progress and issues.

 Ensure timely availability of cranes, tools, and resources.

 Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors when necessary.

E. Material Management

 Check received PEB materials against the bill of materials (BOM).

 Ensure safe storage and handling of PEB components.

 Track material consumption and report shortages.

  1. Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of PEB structures and erection methods.

 Ability to read structural and erection drawings.

 Good understanding of safety and quality standards.

 Problem-solving ability and leadership skills.

 Practical knowledge of cranes, lifting tools, and power tools.

  1. Qualification & Experience

 Diploma / B. Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.

 2–5 years of experience in PEB erection (preferred).

 Experience in handling site teams and contractors.

  1. Additional Requirements

 Willingness to work at project sites.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Knowledge of MS Office, DPR preparation, and documentation.
