  1. Plant Operation & Monitoring

  2. Assist in operating fermentation, distillation, and evaporation units.

  3. Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, yield, etc.) and maintain log sheets.

  4. Support troubleshooting of operational issues under the guidance of seniors. #jobsfiy

  5. Quality & Compliance

  6. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  7. Coordinate with the Quality Control team for regular sampling and analysis.

  8. Assist in maintaining production quality and minimizing losses.

  9. Maintenance & Utilities

  10. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in coordination with the maintenance team.

  11. Learn operation of boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, and other utilities.

  12. Documentation & Reporting

  13. Maintain production records, shift reports, and material balance sheets.

  14. Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting.#jobsfiy

  15. Health, Safety & Environment

  16. Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.

  17. Participate in safety training and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace.

  18. Support initiatives for zero liquid discharge and environmental compliance.

  19. Learning & Development

  20. Undergo structured training as per company guidelines.

  21. Gain knowledge of plant operations, process optimization, and cost-saving measures.
  22. Develop leadership and technical skills for future roles.
