Acrylic Colour Mixer & Exhibition Support (Paint by Number Kits)

Job Description

Join our creative team We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who loves art, enjoys experimenting with primary acrylic colours, and is eager to represent our brand at weekend exhibitions and stalls.

Key Responsibilities

• Acrylic Colour Mixing:
• Mix acrylic paints using primary colours (red, blue, yellow) to create a wide variety of shades for our paint by number kits.
• Maintain accurate colour consistency and document mixing formulas.
• Assist in preparing paint samples and custom palettes as per our design templates.
• Exhibition & Stall Participation (Weekends):
• Represent our brand at art exhibitions, fairs, and weekend pop-up stalls.
• Set up, manage, and engage visitors at our exhibition booth—demonstrating our paint by number kits and the art of colour mixing.
• Provide painting tips, guide potential customers, and manage sales of kits at events.
• General Studio/Workshop Assistance:
• Support the studio team with kit assembly, material organization, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and exhibition stall.

Requirements

• Experience with acrylic paint (formally trained artists or hobbyists welcome)
• Good understanding of colour theory and basic acrylic mixing
• Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends and travel locally for exhibitions/stalls
• Organized, reliable, and able to accurately follow mixing instructions

Preferred

• Prior experience in art exhibitions, workshops, or retail art sales
• Passion for art education or crafting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• basic computer knowledge (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
