About Position:

As a Lead Dell Boomi Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of complex integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. You will guide a team of developers, ensure best practices in integration design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure integration frameworks.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade integrations using Dell Boomi.
  • Architect scalable and reusable integration frameworks across cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement advanced features like error handling, retry mechanisms, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with data security standards and governance policies.
  • Drive automation in deployment and CI/CD processes for integration solutions.
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain system reliability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, including architecture and solution design.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, API management, and data transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems integration.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end integration projects.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
