Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Japanese Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Japanese language, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students or professionals aiming to improve their Japanese language proficiency for academic, professional, or personal purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive Japanese language training sessions.
  • Develop customized lesson plans and training materials based on learners' needs and proficiency levels.
  • Teach different aspects of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji).
  • Prepare students for language proficiency tests such as JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).
  • Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, multimedia tools, and real-life scenarios to enhance learning.
  • Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and regular evaluations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners achieve their language goals.
  • Stay updated with new teaching techniques and developments in Japanese language education.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese (N2 or N1 level preferred) – certification in JLPT is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in teaching Japanese (either online or offline) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and proficiency levels.
  • Familiarity with Japanese culture, traditions, and business etiquette is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (for bilingual instruction) is a requirement.
