Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automation QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce Clouds, located in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing test plans, conducting manual and automated testing, maintaining quality assurance standards, and preparing detailed test cases. The role also involves collaborating with development teams to ensure software meets organizational and customer expectations. This position is a contractual role for 6 months, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution and Test Cases development
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes and best practices
• Strong Manual Testing and Software Testing skills
• Attention to detail and an understanding of automation testing tools are advantageous
• Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Key Responsibilities
Automation & Manual QA

• Design and execute automation scripts for Salesforce using Selenium, Provar, Testim, Cypress, Java/Python, REST Assured.
• Build reusable frameworks for UI, API & E2E automation.
• Automate regression suites for CRM workflows, journeys, and data processes.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• Test Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, Email Studio & mobile messaging.
• Validate AMPscript, SSJS, SQL queries, personalization, DE structure & tracking.
• Perform API testing for triggered sends, event injections & data updates.

Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)

• Validate ingestion pipelines, transformations, identity resolution & segment activation.
• Test Data Cloud connectivity with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud & external systems.
• Perform reconciliation & data quality validation.

Sales Cloud (CRM)

• Test objects, validation rules, flows, triggers, LWC components & CRM processes.
• Validate opportunity lifecycle, routing, tasks/events, email-to-case.

Integration Testing

• Validate cross-cloud data flow: Sales Cloud → Data Cloud → Marketing Cloud.
• Test APIs, SFTP uploads, batch files & middleware (Mulesoft, SAP, AWS).

Required Skills

• 5–7 years' experience in QA (Manual + Automation).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud testing.
• Hands-on automation using Selenium/Provar/Cypress/REST Assured/Java/Python.
• Strong API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of CDP, identity resolution, segmentation & activation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, JIRA/Azure DevOps.

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications (MCE, MCA, Data Cloud Consultant, Admin).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
