Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior .Net Software Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in .Net development, with a strong focus on working with proprietary JavaScript frameworks. This role involves developing and maintaining complex business applications, ensuring seamless integration between .Net back-end services and our proprietary workflow framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using .Net and our proprietary JavaScript and workflow framework.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and optimise complex business solutions using our proprietary JavaScript framework.
  • Develop robust back-end services and APIs using .Net technologies.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices and code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance our applications and processes continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 3-5 years of professional experience as a .Net developer.
  • Extensive experience with .Net frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET, .NET Core) and C# programming.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript.
  • In-depth understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
