We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Boy / Admin assistant (Male candidate only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Opening & Closing
  • Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  • Estamp duties
  • Maintain Cleanliness in the office
  • Assist in Pantry & management
  • Assist in Kitchen Management & arranging Coffee, Tea
  • Marinating bills, reports, records
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Flexible in timings

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Boy / Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Looking for an immediate joiner.

Education and Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, and English is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
