About the Role:

Bhawar Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive (Operations)
to join our growing team. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and driving performance across leading platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Luxury Mall, Nykaa, and others. We believe in rewarding the right talent and offer the

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle claims and damage returns across marketplaces.
  • Track orders and ensure accurate reporting on marketplace platforms.
  • Update daily sales reports portal-wise in Google Sheets.
  • Create Instagram posts for rush days and weekend updates.
  • Monitor daily sales and delivery performance.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and return reports.
  • Work in RMS using tools like Shiprocket and E-com portal dashboards.
  • Upload new product images and update catalogue prices.
  • Track and analyze Amazon campaign performance through marketing reports.
  • Maintain Excel working sheets on a daily basis.
  • Ensure customer shipments are delivered within EDD; raise freight claims if delayed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for faster resolutions.
  • Support marketing activities for all brands with posts, content, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with marketplace partners (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Luxury Mall, Nykaa, etc.) for daily operational reporting.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to collect required documents and raise tickets.
  • Prepare and maintain DSR (Daily Sales Reports) and all necessary operational reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Amazon/Flipkart experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace tools (Seller Central, Shiprocket, RMS).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
