Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer - Electrical to join our team. The candidate will have years of experience and will be responsible for designing, testing, and creating Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and Bills of Materials (BOMs) specifically for Telecom Tower Site Power Plants, Solar-Based Power Plants, Battery Cabinet Solutions, and Energy Storage Solutions etc. A strong background in electronics, electrical engineering, or power electronics is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design and develop system components and subsystems for Telecom Tower Site Power Plants, Solar-Based Power Plants, Battery Cabinets, and Energy Storage Solutions. Ensure designs meet all functional and performance specifications.
  • Testing: Plan and conduct comprehensive testing of system components and Embedded software and integrated systems. Validate functionality, reliability, and performance, and analyse results to identify and resolve issues.
  • Single Line Diagrams (SLD): Create and update Single Line Diagrams to accurately represent the electrical distribution and control systems for various power solutions.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM): Develop and maintain detailed Bills of Materials for all system components, ensuring accuracy and completeness for procurement and assembly.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, ECP, ECN and project reports. Ensure all documents are clear, accurate, and up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, project managers, and installation teams, to ensure project objectives are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs and testing activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Maintain awareness of industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Power Electronics.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in System Engineer - Electrical, particularly with power solutions for Telecom Towers, Solar Plants, Battery Cabinets, and Energy Storage Systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in system design tools and software. Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices relevant to power systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of design and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with specific tools or software related to power system design and analysis.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for telecom power systems, solar energy solutions, and energy storage.
