Job Overview:
Looking for a passionate Product Management professional with 1+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Senior Positions who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and social impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and scale digital products that support our consulting and employability-focused initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver user-centric features
- Conduct market and user research to identify product opportunities and pain points
- Develop and prioritize user stories, requirements, and backlogs
- Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Measure product performance using data, analytics, and feedback
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Support the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration
Required Skills:
- Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
- Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and wireframing tools
- Exposure to analytics tools
- Background in ed-tech, social impact, or consulting platforms
- Familiarity with basic SQL or APIs is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 1+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Senior Positions
- Passionate about building products that drive social impact and inclusivity
Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn and grow
