Role & responsibilities :-

1. MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis

  • Prepare detailed MIS reportsmonthly, quarterly, YTD comparisonscovering revenue, cost, margins, profitability, and KPIs.
  • Conduct variance analysis, budgeting vs. actuals, and performance metrics by business segments or units.
  • Work with internal departments to gather and validate data inputs.

2. Investor & Board Presentation Development

  • Design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for:

  • Quarterly results

  • Board and committee meetings
  • Investor/analyst meetings

  • Roadshows and AGMs

  • Summarize business and financial insights into structured decks with supporting charts, graphs, and benchmarks.

3. Support for Listed Company Disclosures

  • Assist in compiling data and insights for:

  • Stock exchange filings under SEBI LODR

  • Annual report content (MD&A, financial highlights)

  • Investor FAQs and commentary

  • Ensure consistency in disclosures and messaging across communication materials.

4. Peer Analysis & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze financial reports and investor presentations of peer listed companies.
  • Provide comparative dashboards and insights to support investor queries or management decisions.

5. Tools & Visualization

  • Use Excel and PowerPoint extensively for financial storytelling.
  • Leverage visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Dashboards for interactive reporting (preferred but not mandatory)

This role is a strong foundation for future roles in Investor Relations, FP&A Lead, or Strategic Finance Manager positions.

Qualifications:

  • CA Inter  / MBA (Finance) /  or equivalent

Experience:

  • 47 years of experience in:

  • FP&A / MIS / Investor Relations / Corporate Finance

  • Preferably in a listed company or with exposure to investor presentations and public disclosures

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, macros, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint design and formatting skills
  • Exposure to financial statement analysis and report automation
  • Power BI/Tableau (preferred)

Soft Skills:

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work with CXO teams and present insights clearly
  • Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive financial data
