Senior Vice President Business Development

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India or Noida

They're not just evolving an existing model — they're building a new industry standard. To lead this charge, we're looking for a strategic business builder who can open new markets, forge enterprise partnerships, and drive large-scale growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead enterprise sales and business development across AI-enabled CX solutions.
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies, including partnerships, pipelines, and team structures.
  • Lead value-based, transformational sales focused on results and measurable business outcomes.
  • Operate with executive-level visibility and full ownership of revenue growth.
  • Drive high-impact deals across Travel, Transport, Logistics, Hospitality (TTLH) and adjacent sectors.

Ideal Profile

  • 12–15+ years in enterprise sales or business development, preferably within CX, BPO, or AI-driven services.
  • A proven hunter and closer with experience managing large, multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Exceptional ability to engage at the CxO and board level and lead consultative, solution-based discussions.
  • Entrepreneurial by nature — thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and enjoys building from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and inspire high-performing business teams.
