We're Hiring: Backend Developer – Python (Microservices & Serverless)

Coimbatore | Full-time | Up to ₹20 LPA

We're building automation products across finance, insurance, and manufacturing powered by AI and intelligent agents. If you love backend engineering and want to work on voice & chat workflows, conversational BI, and AI-driven platforms, this is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Build and scale backend services with Python
  • Design microservices and serverless backends that power AI and automation use cases
  • Enable voice and chat workflows for customer interactions
  • Contribute to conversational BI platforms that make data talk
  • Work with product, frontend, and AI teams to ship real-world solutions

What we need:

  • 2–5 years of backend development experience
  • Strong in Python
  • Hands-on with microservices and serverless (AWS Lambda or similar)
  • Solid with REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native development
  • Debugging mindset, shipping attitude

Bonus points:

Experience with AWS services (API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, etc.)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker/ECS

Interest in AI, automation, and multi-agent workflows
