Your work profile

As Senior Consultant our Oracle Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Data Engineering & Architecture

• Design and develop scalable Oracle-based data architectures, including OLTP, OLAP, and hybrid data systems.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle GoldenGate, PL/SQL, or other integration tools.
• Design and implement data models, star/snowflake schemas, and optimized database structures for analytics.
• Implement performance tuning for SQL, PL/SQL, indexes, partitions, and query optimization.
• Integrate Oracle data systems with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Consulting & Advisory

• Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Recommend best practices for data governance, metadata management, data security, and data quality.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical design sessions, and client presentations.
• Support modernization initiatives—such as migrating data warehouses to Oracle Autonomous DB, Oracle Exadata, or cloud-native platforms.

Data Management & Operations

• Manage enterprise data flows, data mapping, and data lifecycle processes.
• Ensure data reliability, availability, and accuracy through effective monitoring and validation frameworks.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for data code deployments.
• Support batch and real-time data processing environments.

Location and way of working

• Base location: Bengaluru
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
