Job Purpose:

We're looking for a high-impact Data Scientist who can design and deliver AI, GenAI, and advanced ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines hands-on modeling experience with strong engineering acumen, cloud proficiency, and an innovative mindset to build scalable, responsible, and intelligent AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models (Transformers, Bi-Encoders, CNNs, LSTMs, etc.).
• Design and implement predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems using XGBoost, LightGBM, and PySpark.
• Develop and integrate GenAI use cases using LangChain, RAG pipelines, and open-source or proprietary LLMs (GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral).
• Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and product teams to operationalize AI models at scale.
• Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and model validation for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Drive Responsible AI practices, including explainability (SHAP), model monitoring, and governance (MRM).
• Contribute to the design of agentic AI systems using CrewAI or custom multi-agent protocols.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and insights through statistical modeling and experimentation.
• Mentor junior data scientists and actively contribute to the Data & AI capability within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI solutioning.
• Expertise in feature engineering, model building, and deployment at scale.
• Working experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, RAG).
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines and cloud-based model deployment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and governance frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional global AI projects.
