Production_SMT Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve production plan vs actual with defined parameter
• AOI Programming, SMT Process
• Plan and develop processes and a capacity utilization strategy for SMT assembly operation. (Kitting, solder paste printing, automated solder paster inspection, component placement, reflow soldering, Automated optical inspection, automated X-ray inspection, 2D and 3D)
• Reflow profiling, in-process equipment handling
• Spare part management
• SMT machines program setup, process control and maintenance for ASM mounter, Screen printer, Laser marking, Reflow, SPI, AOI, etc
• Do the assigned job within targeted time.
• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance
• Spare part control and responsible for machine breakdown and process issues
• New product launch and TO preparation
• Process optimization and productivity improvement
• Test the machine before main work begins to be sure that it's in good condition for production.
• Strictly adhere to work instruction specification and ensure good quality work.
• Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production.
• SMT line inventory control
• Drives continuous improvement in labor costs through waste reduction, production efficiency, and operation improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving factory processes and related metrics, such as production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities, and others as needed.
• Making SMT subject matter expert
• Productivity & Process improvement in SMT line
• SMT Team Enhancement
