We are looking for a motivated and certified Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. You will work closely with clients to assess their fitness levels and create customized workout plans that help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Your expertise will ensure clients exercise safely and effectively, while also motivating them to stay committed to their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust workouts as needed.
  • Provide one-on-one training, ensuring correct form and technique.
  • Advise clients on nutrition and lifestyle changes.
  • Educate members on the proper use of gym equipment and exercise techniques.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and best practices.
  • Handle member queries and provide support.
  • Promote gym programs and events to boost member participation.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gym Trainer.
  • Relevant fitness certifications (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others.
  • Ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.

Locations: Chennai (Nolambur, Perambur, Perungudi, Oragadam) and Pune.
