Job Description Of RDGM
1. Accountable for effective Demand generation leading to inventory liquidation as per business plans
2. Accountable for maintaining and improving productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities
3. Orient entire team on the company product
4. Responsible to develop & execute territory wise market development plan for the year in consultation with the concerned Sales Lead
5. Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region
6. Effective Planning of Budgets and monitoring progress on monthly basis
7. Devise key strategies for liquidation and would be accountable for achievement of liquidation targets as per business plans
8. Monitoring progress of execution of all other DG activities by Marketing Coordinators
9. Keeping track of new product launches of Competitors and provide strategic insights to the leadership
10. Identify training needs and ensure on the job training to Marketing Coordinators
11. Working with the Marketing, Sales and Product Management team, develop detailed action plans to achieve growth, with a clear understanding of the market, future trends and audience buying behaviours.
12. Effective project management across teams, including ownership and adherence of time lines and accurately track and evaluate results on overall project goals.
13. Lead industry demand generation activities, developing marketing plans and campaigns that support product positioning, drive leads and create sales opportunities into new and existing markets.
14. Analyse the results of all marketing activity and present findings and recommendations to the NMM and key Management.
15. Stay aligned with industry best practice keeping abreast of the latest practices, technologies and principles.
16. Maintain marketing budget and inputs required for all marketing activities.
