Job Summary:

Fugen Webtech seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading the development of our flagship cross-platform mobile application, seamlessly integrating a robust MERN stack backend. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Flutter/Dart, expertise in advanced state management (BLoC/GetX), and is proficient in translating complex UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, location-aware mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.

· Backend Integration: Collaborate with the team to design and connect the mobile app with RESTful APIs developed using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, , ). Full-stack capability is a significant advantage.

· State Management: Implement and enforce scalable, maintainable application state logic using BLoC or GetX patterns.

· UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes from Figma into a functional, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interface, ensuring a seamless user experience.

· Mapping & Location Services: Integrate and utilize Google Maps APIs for location tracking, geofencing, route planning, and other map-centric features within the mobile application.

· Backend Services: Utilize Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, FCM, etc.) for real-time data synchronization and application analytics where appropriate.

· Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested (Unit/Widget/Integration), and documented code. Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

· Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers in an Agile environment to define and deliver new features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of deployed cross-platform mobile applications.

· Expert-level proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

· Deep understanding and hands-on experience with at least one major state management solution: BLoC or GetX.

· Strong foundational knowledge or professional experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , and ideally, React) for full-stack application development.

· Experience integrating Google Maps APIs (or similar mapping services) into Flutter applications for complex geo-location features.

· Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive, high-quality, and maintainable Flutter UI code.

· Experience with Firebase services, particularly Firestore and Authentication.

· Proficiency with version control, specifically Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and data parsing (JSON).

· Strong understanding of mobile application design principles, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

· Experience with other Flutter state management packages (e.g., Provider, Riverpod).

· Experience deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications (e.g., Fastlane, Codemagic).

· Experience building backend services with and (MERN) in a production environment.
