Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle payroll processing and salary-related queries
- Maintain employee records using Odoo HRMS software
- Monitor leave and attendance management systems
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
- Provide support to employees regarding HR-related matters
- Maintaining Premises and Looking after workplace
- Handling of various requirements related to office administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
