Store Keeper

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all pipes, tubes, and other materials, including details like size, length, material, and quantity.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and establish reorder points for high-turnover items to prevent stockouts.
• Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, verifying that all deliveries match the purchase orders.
• Check for any discrepancies, damages, or shortages and generate a Material Discrepancy Report if necessary.
• Prepare and process materials for issuance to specific projects or departments against authorized requisition notes.

Preferred candidate profile

We are specifically seeking candidates who have experience as a storekeeper manufacturers of stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes.
