Role – QE Solution Architect

Brief Description –
Happiest Minds is looking for a seasoned QE Architect with 20+ years' experience for one of its Tech savvy customers to build nextgen QE solutions delivering exceptional value and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define Quality Strategy for evolving modern architectures
  2. Conceptualize, Design and Implement QE Platform aligning to customer's quality needs in consultative mode
  3. Ensure solution alignment to performance, reliability, security and privacy requirements
  4. Single Point of Contact to work with Sr. Solution Architect in customer organization
  5. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand Application architectures, transformation roadmap and proactively align QE strategy
  6. Measure and Articulate Value delivered through QE
  7. Bring thought leadership in terms of industry trends, latest innovation in QE relevant for customer's domain
  8. Explore potential of leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI in QE
  9. Build cohesive and fungible QE Team with futuristic tech skills relevant to customer requirements.

Primary Skills:

  1. Holistic experience in Quality Engineering in driving End to End engagements
  2. Strong experience in Test Automation covering UI, API and Data Streaming across Functional, Non-Functional and Compliances
  3. Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI and experience in building PoCs around QE use cases using Copilot, Cursor.AI. Experience in building Agents would be added advantage
  4. Sound knowledge and understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and configurations
  5. Prompt Engineering and experience in working with MCP
  6. Innovation mindset with experience in building tools, frameworks and accelerators
  7. Hands-on experience in one of the leading Test Automation Tools e.g. Playwright
  8. Experience in Data Engineering, Python and Cloud preferably AWS
  9. Thorough understanding of Agile QE Process and Maturity Frameworks like TMMi
  10. Managed large QE teams from technical perspectives operating in distributed agile model
  11. Knowledge and working experience in media & advertising domain especially on digital platforms will be added advantage.
