We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 9 to 19 years of experience to join our team in Pan India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP CS and experience in recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide updates.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably with SAP CS.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
