About the Role

We are seeking a
Sr. PowerApps Developer
with 3–5 years of experience who can balance
hands-on solution delivery (75%)
with
client engagement (25%)
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
building enterprise-grade applications
,
working directly with clients to understand business needs
, and
mentoring a small team
.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful Power Platform solutions while also playing a role in
business growth and client relationship management
.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Development (75%)

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using
    Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
    ,
    Power Automate workflows
    ,
    Power BI dashboards
    , and
    Dataverse
    .
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with
    Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, SQL Server, and third-party systems
    .
  • Build custom connectors and optimize workflows for scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure security, governance, and performance best practices in all solutions.
  • Continue to deliver
    hands-on development
    while overseeing the team's delivery quality.

Client Engagement & Business Growth (25%)

  • Work directly with clients to
    gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and present proposals
    .
  • Identify new opportunities within client accounts and
    contribute to bringing in additional projects
    .
  • Provide consultative insights and position our solutions to address business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring the successful adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of junior developers/analysts.
  • Review deliverables, ensure quality standards, and provide technical guidance.
  • Support team members in upskilling and certifications.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience
    with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Strong expertise in
    DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling
    , and
    integrations with external systems
    .
  • Proven experience in
    end-to-end solution delivery,
    including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Exposure to
    client interactions, presales, or solution demonstrations
    .
  • Strong leadership qualities — ability to
    guide and manage a small team
    while remaining hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) will be advantageous.
