About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team and lead our client engagement initiatives in the staff augmentation and IT talent solutions domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, understanding workforce needs, and driving business growth through tailored staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales & Account Growth:
  • Understand clients' staffing needs, business goals, and technology stack to propose appropriate talent solutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services by identifying business opportunities.
  • Resource Fulfillment:
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Drive coordination between internal stakeholders and clients to manage candidate interviews, feedback, and onboarding.
  • Contract Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and pricing models as per client expectations and organizational guidelines.
  • Market Research & Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor offerings in the IT staffing space.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed reports on account status, candidate submissions, closures, and revenue growth.
  • Share periodic updates with leadership on account health and forecasted growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or sales in the IT staffing or staff augmentation industry.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and deliver on aggressive growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, project lifecycles, and talent acquisition models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
