Your key responsibilities as a Team Leader will include:

  • Executing day-to-day finance operations in NetSuite, including OTC, PTP, and GL for APAC and European subsidiaries.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and ancillary reports in line with the accounting timetable.
  • Ensuring compliance with local reporting standards and corporate policies.
  • Independently preparing financial statements under local GAAP and managing statutory audit activities, liaising with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Team Leader:

  • You must be a CA Inter/qualified professional with 0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • You should have strong expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to handle complex data.
  • You will have experience in general ledger accounting, reporting standards, and compliance processes.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse regions including APAC and Europe.
  • You will benefit from prior exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite, though this is not mandatory.
