We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to assist in the smooth functioning of our Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate will support surgeons and nurses before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring that the OT environment remains safe, sterile, and well-prepared.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in OT Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience as an OT Technician in a hospital or clinic is preferred.
  • Good understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterilization practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after surgeries.
  • Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
  • Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments, drapes, and equipment.
  • Transport patients to and from the OT with care and safety.
  • Handle surgical instruments, supplies, and specimens properly.
  • Monitor and manage OT equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Follow infection control and sterilization protocols strictly.
  • Maintain records of OT consumables, instruments, and equipment usage.
  • Assist in cleaning and disinfecting the OT and equipment post-surgery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
