About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable web applications and robust backend systems that support rapidly evolving business needs. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership, requiring hands-on experience in technologies like , Angular/React, MySQL/MS SQL, and modern cloud platforms.

You'll lead a talented team of developers, collaborate across functions, and help shape our engineering culture. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Execution

Lead team of engineers to design and develop high performing software using agile methodologies including planning, tracking, executing and communicating with leadership team.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers through code reviews and Agile practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.

Technical skills

Develop full-stack applications using ) and Angular/React.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Design and optimize MySQL/MS SQL databases.

Implement and manage microservices architecture and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Ensure application performance, security (JWT, OAuth, RBAC), and scalability.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Ideal candidate should be able to write, debug, review code as needed for the project
