Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Data Science Trainer to design, deliver, and manage data science training programs for students or professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data science concepts, machine learning, and real-world analytics applications, along with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions on data science, machine learning, statistics, and Python-based data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including slides, notebooks, datasets, and assessments.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops and live coding sessions using tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Evaluate learners' progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the data science field and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Mentor and support learners in their career transition or skill development journey.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers, data scientists, and instructional designers to improve course content and delivery methods.
  • Contribute to developing capstone projects and real-world case studies for learners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–5 years) in data science, machine learning, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data visualization, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, GEN AI or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
