What You'll Do

As a CloudFabrix Solution Engineer (SE), you will lead and support the field engineer community across global customer opportunities. You will collaborate with the local Sales and Engineering teams. You will work with customers directly. You will also drive enablement for sales teams, competitive selling, support large and complex AIOps deals and helping grow the business across our portfolio. Besides of the focus in region also carries a general responsibility as a team member of Global SE team to support the business across all regions.

You will (Role & Responsibilities):

  • Evangelization of CloudFabrix product, solution, and strategy in market.
  • Drive solution value selling and lead customer technology transformation and adoption
  • Understand business requirements for a customer base and be able to translate them into technical requirements
  • Lead seminar, solution test drive and workshop necessary for engagement and enablement.
  • Build sales tools, demos necessary for engagement and enablement.
  • Drive partner development & enablement, as well as anticipate new types of partners required to build future pipeline.
  • Competition analysis and communication, as well as support in strategic deals.

Who You'll Work With

You will be a part of an outstanding technical pre-sales team in our Global Sales Engineering Organization (GSEO) responsible for driving the success of CloudFabrix Portfolio and focusing on protecting Customer Application Environments no matter where they live (on-prem / any cloud). You will also collaborate with other organizations inside CloudFabrix.

Were transforming AIOps data platform from the ground up by solving the most pressing challenge — safe, secure data ingestion, indexing, easy to visualize and access. We engineer our business to enable our customers to easily address their ever-evolving Observability, AIOps challenges.

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Networking Management Solutions

  • At least 4 years of specializing experience in either Service Provider Networking or Enterprise Networking (EN) solutions.

  • At least 6 to 8 years of technical roles in the ICT industry.

  • Advanced Certifications and Recognized Expertise in Cloud, Linux, K8s, Generative AI technologies

  • In-Depth Knowledge of VMWare, Kubernetes and Dockers along with Linux administration skills.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Proven experience in working collaboratively in teams to achieve both individual and group success.

Preferred qualifications:

  • BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who does not need day-to-day management
  • Desirable experience within observability, service provider technologies, experience with scripting languages such as JSON, Python
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, partners, and solution teams in complex business engagements to use multiple IT domains in creating vertical/segment specific solutions for our customers
