Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, website, and CRM in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage performance marketing activities with the agency oversee Google Ads campaigns, optimise conversions, and brief new landing page requirements.
  • Collaborate with the content team to plan digital content and share performance insights to refine messaging and engagement.
  • Own the digital lead funnel — from acquisition to nurturing — through PPC, SEO, and email automation within Zoho CRM and
  • Maintain and optimise the company website (WordPress) for SEO, speed, and user experience to boost lead generation.
  • Build analytical dashboards (Looker Studio, GA4, Microsoft Clarity) and translate campaign data into clear insights for the marketing and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC, SEO, and CRM-based campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in dashboarding tools.
  • Experience collaborating with content and design teams as well as marketing agencies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
