Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Commissioning

  2. Install and commission UV systems at customer sites according to specifications and safety guidelines.

  3. Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans.

  4. Maintenance and Repair:

  5. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of UV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  6. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, performing repairs as needed.

  7. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  8. Customer Support:

  9. Provide technical support to customers regarding UV systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  10. Train customers on equipment usage, safety procedures, and best practices.

  11. Documentation and Reporting:

  12. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.

  13. Prepare service reports and documentation for internal and customer use.

  14. Quality and Compliance:

  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  16. Adhere to regulatory requirements and environmental health and safety guidelines.

  17. Continuous Improvement:

  18. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in UV technology through training and professional development.

  19. Recommend improvements in service procedures and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.

  20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  21. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
