Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable (AR) Subject Matter Expert to lead and optimize AR processes within a US healthcare RCM environment.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes within US Healthcare RCM.
- Ensure timely claim submission, denial management, and follow-up on outstanding AR.
- Lead, mentor, and support AR team members to achieve quality and productivity benchmarks.
- Perform accurate billing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
- Analyze AR trends, prepare reports (aging, denial, collections), and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with payers, providers, and internal teams to resolve escalations.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare billing regulations and internal SOPs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable.
- Strong understanding of billing, collections, and denial management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement and compliance.
- Ready to work in US Night Shift.
