Sales & Marketing Intern

Join us at Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida, our 131-room hotel renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering employee development. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Intern who will be responsible for assisting with daily sales activities, managing customer service interactions, and participating in sales training sessions.

Qualifications:

· Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

· Understanding of Sales processes and techniques

· Experience in Sales Management.

· Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment

· Bachelor's degree in Sales & marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate and leisure clients.
  • Support the team in managing client databases, updating CRM systems, and tracking leads.
  • Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in organising hotel events, familiarisation (FAM) trips, and client engagement activities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving guest engagement, brand presence, and sales conversions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales activities, market insights, and campaign results.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the Sales & Marketing department.
