Role & responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable server-side applications using

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring fast response times and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
  • Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to design data models and optimize queries.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.

Preferred candidate profile :

8+ years of hands-on experience in development.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as , , or NestJS.
  • Expertise in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with WebSockets.
  • Proficient in working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and non-blocking I/O.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jest, or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex applications.
