Job description An ideal SEO Manager be effectively handling his team of SEO executives, and Have knowledge about all SEO techniques. The candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, and have good technical, and analytical skills. We are looking for a candidate having good communication skills. Experience in client handling and project management is required.Major Responsibilities as SEO Team Lead:Should handle a team of SEO Executives.The SEO lead would be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of the analyst to drive business goalsDeveloping detailed project plans and monitoring progress while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standardsMake decisions about the day -to -day operation of the team members, including management of work assignments by themPerform and ensure completion of quality review check on outgoing work by the team to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistencyBrainstorm new and creative SEO growth strategiesReview, analyze and send the Weekly & Monthly to the clientsEnsuring the Monthly POA & Commitments are delivered as per expectationAct as subject matter expert for team members, peers, and clientsTake the primary responsibility for all the Technical Audits & ensuring that the client website is following all the SEO best practicesCommunicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and resultsAssign all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team Requirements Skills and Qualifications:least 3 years previous experience in SEO, Digital marketingLeast 2 years experience in Management .Ability to lead a team of multiple SEO ExecutiveExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to identify and resolve problemsAbility to organise, manage, and prioritise tasksProficient computer skills, including google sheetsmust be well experienced in managing hourly projects from freelance portals
