Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to manage the administrative functions of Crimson School, Hyderabad. The role requires an individual with 2–4 years of proven experience in school administration who can ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day school administration, including facilities, transport coordination, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, classrooms, and utilities to provide a safe and efficient learning environment.
- Coordinate with the Principal, HR, and Academic teams to support smooth school operations.
- Supervise front-office operations, addressing parent queries and administrative concerns promptly.
- Maintain budgets and oversee procurement of supplies and services within approved limits.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and hygiene protocols across the campus.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in school administration (mandatory).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of school compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative software tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
