About The Opportunity
A high-impact role in the Supply Chain Software and Supply Chain Planning & Analytics sector delivering RapidResponse implementations that enable real-time scenario planning, S&OP and enterprise decision-making. The team builds, configures and integrates Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for large manufacturers, retail and CPG customers to accelerate planning cycles and improve supply chain resilience. This is an on-site opportunity in India for a hands-on developer focused on RapidResponse configuration, data integration and solution delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse models, workbooks, time-series and scenario frameworks to meet business planning requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations and ETL pipelines (flat files, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) to ingest master, transactional and forecast data into RapidResponse.
  • Author and optimise RapidResponse logic (RPL/expressions), calculations and event chains to support demand/supply planning, MRP and S&OP processes.
  • Perform unit, integration and regression testing, and support cutover, deployment and post-go-live stabilization activities on client sites.
  • Collaborate with supply chain planners, business analysts and architects to translate requirements into configurable solutions and best-practice designs.
  • Troubleshoot performance, data quality and reconciliation issues; produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer for stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years hands-on experience implementing/configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse (modeling, workbooks, time-series).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts—demand planning, supply planning, MRP and S&OP processes.
  • Strong SQL and data modelling skills; experience building ETL/integration flows (REST/SOAP/flat files).
  • Practical experience writing RapidResponse expressions/RPL, event chains and scenario logic.
  • Proven ability to work onsite with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver to timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations Research or related field.

Preferred

  • Kinaxis certification or multiple full-cycle RapidResponse implementations.
  • Experience with other planning platforms (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, Blue Yonder) or middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python/Java), automation frameworks and CI/deployment processes.
