Position Title:

Site Engineer Position Overview:

The Site Engineer will oversee the technical and engineering aspects of interior design projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that all project elements are constructed according to design specifications, safety standards, and within budget and timeline constraints. The Site Engineer will collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management:

○ Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project plans.

○ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.

○ Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.

2. Technical Support:

○ Provide technical advice and solutions to on-site issues, ensuring timely resolution. ○ Interpret and implement design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.

○ Ensure all installations and constructions meet safety and structural standards.

3. Quality Assurance:

○ Inspect materials, workmanship, and finished products to ensure they meet design and quality specifications.

○ Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular site audits.

○ Report any defects or non-compliance issues and oversee corrective actions.

4. Project Coordination:

○ Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

○ Coordinate site logistics, including delivery and storage of materials.

○ Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.

5. Health and Safety Compliance:

○ Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.

○ Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to enforce safety protocols

○ Report and document any safety incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken

6. Documentation and Reporting:

○ Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection records. ○ Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients.

○ Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.

7. Budget and Cost Control:

○ Monitor project expenses and assist in budget management.

○ Identify and report any potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.

○ Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.

8. Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

○ Act as a liaison between clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.

○ Address client concerns and provide updates on project progress. Facilitate site visits and inspections for clients and stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,892.67 per month
