The Role

We're looking for a
driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager
who can own revenue growth for Yavar's enterprise AI portfolio. This role blends
strategic hunting, consultative selling, and relationship leadership
. You'll engage directly with CXOs, IT heads, and business decision-makers — translating cutting-edge AI solutions into measurable business outcomes.

You'll be at the frontlines of our growth story — driving deals, influencing industries, and building partnerships that define Yavar's next wave of success.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Growth

  • Identify, engage, and acquire mid-market and enterprise customers across key verticals.
  • Lead the
    entire sales cycle
    — from lead generation to closure — with a relentless focus on outcomes.
  • Build and manage a predictable, healthy sales pipeline.
  • Establish partnerships that expand Yavar's reach and influence.

Consultative & Value-Based Selling

  • Engage CXOs and business leaders to uncover pain points and position Yavar's platforms as business accelerators.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to create powerful
    tailored proposals and proof-of-concepts
    .
  • Deliver strong RFP responses that clearly communicate
    ROI and impact
    .
  • Stay ahead of the curve on AI and emerging technologies.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay plugged into the market — track trends, competitors, and customer priorities.
  • Work with marketing to refine our GTM playbook and sales assets.
  • Share insights that shape future products and features.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 8–10 years in
    enterprise software / SaaS sales
    with a consistent record of quota achievement.
  • Strong exposure to
    AI, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation
    solutions.
  • Proven ability to navigate
    complex sales cycles
    and influence multiple stakeholders.

  • Expert in
