About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic *Manager - Products (Long Haul)* to lead and manage the development of long-haul travel products. The role will involve designing, implementing, and overseeing exceptional travel experiences for clients who seek international, long-haul destinations. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to create unforgettable travel packages.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage long-haul travel products, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.  
  • Research and identify new international destinations and experiences to include in the portfolio.  
  • Collaborate with suppliers, tour operators, and local partners to create tailored travel packages.  
  • Oversee pricing, budgeting, and cost management for long-haul products.  
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive sales.  
  • Ensure seamless execution of travel packages, including customer service and operational support.  
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.  
  • Handle customer feedback and make necessary improvements to product offerings.  
  • Ensure that all long-haul products comply with legal and industry regulations.  
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including international suppliers and travel agents.  

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.  
  • 5+ years of experience in travel product management, particularly in long-haul travel.  
  • In-depth knowledge of long-haul destinations, international travel trends, and cultural sensitivities. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing long-haul travel products from design to implementation.  
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.  
  • Experience in pricing strategy and cost management.
