Position Purpose

  • Replacement FTE Senior Associate role.
  • Responsible for OTC Derivatives Regulatory Reporting (transactions, valuation, and collateral) to DTCC under multiple regulations.
  • Liaise with offshore management, account managers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with global teams (Paris, local management, clients).
  • Requires strong functional knowledge of OTC derivatives and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Report OTC trades, valuation, and collateral to DTCC.
  • Resolve and resubmit rejected trades (Nacks/Rejections).
  • Reconcile DTCC positions with client positions.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Escalate exceptions to processing teams and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain and update SOPs in the global portal.
  • Conduct extended error checks and report incidents within 24 hours.
  • Train and onboard new joiners (end-to-end process & BAU activities).
  • Support client onboarding (static data, exceptions, contacts, services).
  • Prepare and deliver MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Contribute to overall team success and knowledge sharing.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of derivatives product classes.
  • Strong communication skills (professional, concise, decision-making support).
