Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam Taluka for a Housekeeping (HK) Associate. The HK Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the resort's guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or related areas
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
