Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement blockchain-based applications and architectures.
  • Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and back-end systems.
  • Optimize blockchain protocols, transaction flows, and gas usage.
  • Conduct security reviews, audits, and implement best practices to protect digital assets.
  • Build APIs, tools, and services that interact with blockchain networks.
  • Research emerging trends and propose innovative solutions using Web3 technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain performance or security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, product, and security teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with one or more blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain).
  • Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, distributed ledgers, and consensus algorithms (PoS, PoW, BFT, etc.).
  • Experience building and deploying smart contracts and DApps.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Ganache, ,
  • Familiarity with IPFS, Layer-2 solutions, and DeFi/NFT standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and blockchain security vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Hyperledger Fabric or enterprise blockchain frameworks.
  • Knowledge of , microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Prior involvement in open-source blockchain/Web3 projects.
  • Understanding of tokenomics and decentralized governance models.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Passion for Web3 and emerging decentralized technologies.
