Job Title - Executive - Decoration (Lacquering/Assembly/ Printing / Hot stamping)

Education - Any Graduate Degree / Engineering Graduate - Mechanical or Production

Job Purpose - Job holder will be responsible for managing the manpower, production materials & consumables.

Responsibilities

• Responsible only for supervision of people and Production output.
• Must have good Knowledge of managing people and shop floor workers,
• work study, efficiency, optimal motivation of workers and output. Some
• knowledge of machines useful but people management is key skill needed.
• To plan and execute Work Orders (WO) as per production schedule.
• To set up machine and materials for production and allocate manpower for input, service and output.
• To interpret and categorize work accordingly, WO quantity and sequence workflow to manage progress by setting up machines and other requirements.
• To train workmen on the job to enhance quality and improve productivity with minimal rejections.
• To train and motivate unskilled workmen on job to perform and inspect quality at each stage of production.
• To achieve planned production output with agreed consumption levels of materials.
• To inspect QC test parameters on output and get first article approved.
• To plan and execute production work orders for Printing, Foiling, Labelling and Sleeve (Bottles) process
• To be responsible for yield of paints, consumption of materials, gas, man hours of production and final finished goods (FG) quantity.
• To develop improvements in process by reducing rework occurrences,safety practices in shop floor and optimize resource utilization
• To update records on first article approval, note, performance logbook and reports on non-conformities to Plant Manager.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Should possess shop floor knowledge on electrostatic coating, Paint variants, Knowledge on thermal curing process
• Exposure in plastic component assembling.
• Exposure in printing and labelling process
• Should be able to interpret blueprints, work orders, technical instructions, engineering directives and parameter sheets
• User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage

Working Knowledge in any ERP software

• Good Interpersonal Skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
