Numerator is seeking a Senior DevSec Engineer to integrate security at every step of our development lifecycle. This role is critical in embedding secure-by-design principles across our infrastructure, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Embed security tooling in CI/CD workflows and automate SDLC security checks
• Conduct secure code reviews, threat modeling, and architecture assessments
• Partner with software engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities at scale
• Maintain SAST/DAST tools and integrate them with dev workflows

• Lead investigations into high-priority vulnerabilities or misconfigurations

• Champion DevSecOps best practices through enablement and training

Internship dates: June 9th to August 8th, 2025

• 5-7 years in DevSecOps, AppSec, or security automation
• Strong experience with modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins)
• Hands-on work with SAST/DAST tools (e.g., Snyk, SonarQube, Burp)
• Solid coding skills in Python
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred), container security (Kubernetes preferred), IaC (Terraform must have)
• Familiarity with SBOM, supply chain security
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat modeling
• Experience with GitHub co-pilot or other AI prompt engineering tools

• Contributions to open-source security tools
• Experience building security champion programs
• AI agentic coding via tools like Claude Code
