Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional State coordinator with strong technical support capabilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance, preparing required documents, and delivering effective response to state by coordinating and escalating internally.

The State Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all project activities for various states. The role involves facilitating coordination between state-level stakeholders, and monitoring progress to achieve desired outcomes. The incumbent will act as the key point of contact between the state, the central management team.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

  • Develop state-level project plans, schedules, and milestones in coordination with the central project management team.
  • Ensure timely execution of all IT-related activities as per approved timelines and standards.
  • Act as the SPOC between the central office, state departments, and implementing agencies.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders state IT departments, service providers, and various officials
  • Facilitate communication, information sharing, and decision-making between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Represent the project at state-level meetings, workshops, and official reviews.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in coordination with vendors and support teams.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and acceptance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
  • Collect and analyze data from districts and field units.
  • Prepare periodic status reports, dashboards, and presentations for review by senior management and funding agencies.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide timely updates, alerts, and escalations to higher authorities on critical issues.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel and Data entry management system.
  • Proficient in E-Office
  • Skilled in project document preparation and documentation best practices.

Educational Qualification

  • Post graduate/Masters or equivalent.
