Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess located in Varanasi. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a pleasant and efficient phone etiquette, and addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. The Hostess will also coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and a delightful guest experience.
